Amy, born and bred in the Cotswolds, grew up in a creative environment with her mother, a successful sculptor and jewellery maker, and father, a painter and bronze caster.
Under their influence, she studied art and textiles before completing a fashion design degree in Manchester.
Amy has over 14 years of practical experience, working for brands such as LKBennet, Windsmoor and Phase 8 prior to a six month posting in London acting as a design assistant to Inbar Spector who creates complex and textural pieces for mega stars like Rihanna and Paloma Faith.
On returning to the Cotswolds in 2007, Amy realised her dream of founding her own business. Initially working with the talented Annie Heyworth of ‘Just Maude’, she created unique designs for clients such as Patricia Gucci and Sharron Davies.
Amy worked alongside Forum interiors for 13 years and her charming and laid back approach won her an enormous and devoted following.
New for 2021, Amy Cook Fashion has moved to a new studio at college farm buildings!
Her talents for unique designs and craftsmanship of bespoke garments are undisputedly exceptional.
