Bespoke items are non returnable and non refundable, unless faulty. Whilst we will advise and guide on fabric and design choices, the responsibility ultimately lies with the customer and we cannot be held accountable.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to dislike of style, fit or colour, cancellation of an event or for any other reason. It is the customers responsibility when commissioning an item to make considered choices and to abide by our policy.
Once a fabric is selected, paid for and ordered, this is also non refundable and any alternative options would be at the customers expense, including any labour costs incurred.
A 40% deposit for our labour is taken at the beginning of the project and by paying this, a customer is agreeing to our terms and conditions. Full payment will be requested for materials at the time they are ordered with the remaining balance owing for labour requested upon completion and due within 14 days and before the item is taken away.
Within our quotations, we include minor alterations for the toile and first fit in the real fabric, any further alterations will be charged at our discretion.
Times and dates quoted for completion of items are to be treated as an approximate estimate and we shall not be held responsible for delays outside of our control. We shall not be held financially liable.
Once alterations to customers garments are discussed, written down and the customer leaves their item/s with us, this is the customers consent for us to carry out that work. Provided the work is carried out to a satisfactory standard, and as agreed, payment is due upon completion. Any further work would be charged to the customer.
All items remain the property of Amy Cook Bespoke Fashion until paid for in full.
